vib555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vib555 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party; all payment methods used must belong to the registered account holder.
Deposits are credited to your vib555 account balance in real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vib555 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which vib555 accepts no responsibility. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though vib555 reserves the right to apply deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests submitted via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are processed within an average of 3 to 5 minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted via bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks are processed within 30 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB), and within 2 hours outside these hours. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing times may be extended where a withdrawal request triggers an account review or KYC verification requirement.
Withdrawals are available only to players whose accounts are in good standing and who have completed the KYC verification process. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount credited. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 10x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms; any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of the validity period.
vib555 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected. Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. vib555 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to players who have not previously held a vib555 account, and to decline to offer any specific promotion to any player at its sole discretion.

Mix parlay (Indonesia's traditional multi-leg accumulator bet format) and all other accumulator bets are governed by the vib555 Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. Where one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the bet will be re-calculated as if that leg had not been included, with the corresponding adjustment applied to the potential return. All mix parlay bets are subject to a maximum payout cap published on the platform at the time of bet placement.
